Artwork

Emailed .eps file format is preferred. Convert all text to outlines before sending.

Colors

There is an additional charge for PMS matching colors.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled with written factory authorization prior to imprinting, etching or production. Cancellation or change to an order in process will be subject to all costs incurred to date of cancellation. For rush orders,once the order has been acknowledged and artwork has been sent to the factory, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

Conditions

All prices, terms of sale and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to approval by Love Rocks Inc Promo and are not binding until accepted. After receiving your order, Love Rocks Inc. Promo will send you an Order Acknowledgement and approval form. Production time begins upon receipt of signed Order Approval Form, approval of credit, and receipt of all order information including shipping addresses and customer inserts.

Terms

For first time orders, a credit card will be required at time of placing order. For repeat customers, a 30 day net will be extended. Interest on past due accounts will be assessed a late fee of 1.5% per month or at the highest rate allowed by law.

Due to the nature of natural stones and glass, tiny imperfections and slight variations in the material should not be perceived as defective. Measurements and ounces are approximate and may vary slightly.

Trademarks

Love Rocks Inc Promo assumes clients are authorized to use trademarks/logos presented to us for reproduction. We assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes.

Rush Service

Rush service is available for most items in our catalog at an additional charge pending factory approval. Please call for details.

Overruns

All efforts will be made to ship exact quantities since merchandise is custom made.

Large Quantities

Call for pricing for quantities not listed in our catalog.

Random Samples

Most Stone and wood product samples are available without charge. Other samples are subject to a nominal charge, please inquire. Please advise UPS or FedEx shipper number to cover shipping expense.

Shipping & Handling Charges

All products- F.O.B. Bristol, RI 02809.

An invoice will be sent after the order has been shipped and it may have a remaining balance. Prices listed on the website do not include shipping & handling charges. All merchandise is shipped FOB origin – we prepay shipping costs and add it to the invoice. Merchandise is shipped either via Fed Ex or UPS depending on weight, date needed and delivery location.

Returns

No items may be returned without written authorization. Any items approved for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom printed or etched items are non-returnable once the final proof has been approved. Love Rocks Inc. Promo reserves the right to determine which returns are eligible for credit.
